Who this may help

This service may be helpful for people living with:

  • Lymphoedema or lymphatic discomfort

  • Arthritis and joint stiffness

  • Inflammatory or autoimmune conditions

  • Long-term or chronic illness

  • Fatigue, stress, or nervous-system overwhelm

Reflexology is offered as supportive care, not as a replacement for medical treatment.

A note on complex and ongoing conditions

Sessions are gentle, unhurried, and adapted to the individual.

For people living with lymphoedema, arthritis, cancer, or other inflammatory conditions, care is taken to work safely, comfortably, and alongside medical advice, focusing on relaxation, comfort, and ease rather than outcomes.

How the charitable model works

This reflexology service operates on a simple basis:

  • If you are in need, treatments are offered free of charge

  • If you are able to pay, your fee is donated to charity

No proof, no pressure, and no judgement.

The intention is to remove barriers — financial and emotional — to receiving care.

What a session is like

Sessions are normally around 45 minutes, and are deeply relaxing. Our sessions can take place in your home, at our clinics, or in an appropriate health centre, depending on arrangements.

Reflexology is carried out with the client seated or lying comfortably.

Enquiries and referrals

You are welcome to get in touch for yourself or on behalf of someone else. Referrals are welcome from individuals, families, health professionals, and support organisations.

What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle touch therapy focused on the feet, using specific pressure to help the body settle and ease physical tension. A specialised approach called Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), developed through clinical practice and research, focuses on reflexes linked with the lymphatic system and is used by many people with lymphoedema to support fluid movement and comfort. Reflexology is also used alongside care for arthritis, inflammatory and chronic conditions to promote relaxation and wellbeing.
